The arbitral tribunal shall be formed as provided in said Rules, and the award issued shall be final, unappealable, and binding on the parties. The arbitration shall take place in the city of Lima, Peru, in the Spanish language. The parties expressly waive any other ordinary jurisdiction or venue that might correspond to them, except for preliminary injunctions prior to arbitration that require judicial intervention.
