Frequently Asked Questions

Key information before scheduling a consultation or engaging professional legal services.

I advise business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors with operations in Peru, both at the formation stage and during active business operations. My practice focuses on three core areas: corporate structuring and governance, strategic contracting, and asset protection. If your matter falls within any of these areas, you may schedule a consultation to have it assessed.

Yes. My practice operates entirely on a remote basis. I regularly advise business owners and investors across multiple jurisdictions whose corporate structures or commercial agreements are governed by Peruvian law. The client’s geographic location presents no obstacle to engagement.

I provide three types of services. The first consists of legal consultations aimed at analyzing a specific situation and providing clear and precise legal guidance. The second involves the preparation of legal reports, recommended when a matter requires a more in-depth analysis, including the review of relevant documentation and a well-founded legal strategy. The third consists of corporate implementation services, which involve carrying out one or more specific legal actions to achieve a particular objective. This service may include, among other matters, company formation, corporate restructuring, formalization of agreements, contract drafting, or other legal actions required according to the circumstances of each case. Legal reports and corporate implementation services are quoted individually based on the scope and complexity of each project.

A Consultation is a 60-minute individual advisory session in which I provide a precise assessment of your legal position, the implications of the matter you are facing or planning, and the available courses of action for your specific situation.

A Consultation is priced at USD 100, payable online prior to the session, in US dollars or the equivalent in
Peruvian soles. Fees for Legal Opinion Reports and Corporate Implementation Services are determined on
a matter-by-matter basis and set out in a formal engagement proposal with detailed terms.

A Consultation is the recommended starting point when you are not yet certain which service you require or wish to evaluate your situation beforehand. However, if you already know which service you need, you may request it directly by providing a description of the matter and any relevant documentation. Based on that information, I evaluate the matter, determine the scope of the service, and present a proposal. The service begins once the applicable terms have been accepted.

Legal Reports and Corporate Implementation Services are not available for direct online booking. To initiate an engagement, please complete the intake form on this website, providing a brief description of your situation and the type of service required. Upon receipt, I will be in contact to assess the matter and present a proposal with precise terms.

Confidentiality is a foundational principle of legal practice and a commitment I uphold with every client. All information shared in connection with any of my services is protected by attorney-client privilege. Third-party platforms used to process payments and manage bookings receive only the data strictly necessary to complete each transaction. No information relating to the legal substance of your matter is disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

Every business decision carries a legal dimension. Disregarding it does not make it go away.
