Leydy Alvino
I am a Peruvian attorney who earned my law degree from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC, Lima), currently pursuing an LL.M. in Commercial and Business Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). I began my legal career in corporate law and have since developed expertise in commercial arbitration, enabling me to advise on both the proactive structuring of business transactions and the strategic resolution of corporate disputes
I practice independently and am admitted to practice before the Lima Bar Association (Registration No. 104141). I provide fully remote legal services in corporate law, business structuring, strategic contracting, and asset protection for business owners and investors operating in Peru or seeking to establish a business presence in the country.
Corporate law is not confined to resolving disputes after they arise. It also enables clients to understand the legal implications of a decision before committing to it. That principle shapes how I approach every matter and explains why business owners and investors seek qualified legal counsel before placing at risk what they have built.
